Key Responsibilities:

  • * Maintain organized digital files.
  • * Coordinate and confirm appointments for court, mediation, and hearings
  • * E-filing of documents
  • * Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • * Assist with client communications and appointment reminders
  • * Prepare and send out routine correspondence (letters, emails)
  • * Collect and summarize information for legal cases
  • * Assist attorneys to take important notes during consultations
  • * Perform general office tasks, such as data entry.
